I am trying to rotate my brush in Photoshop CS2. I did some reasearch and it looks like there is supposed to be a section below the Brush Menu (F5) that will let me rotate my brush but nothing is there.

Does anyone know where I can find brush settings that will allow me to rotate the brush?
