<p>In Photoshop you can create shape vectors visually and then use Transform-Scale if the shape needs to be resized. My shape needs to be pixel measured exactly, but the Scale only lets you scale by percentage and not actual pixels. </p> <p>How can I create a shape that has exact pixel dimensions?</p>
