<ol>
<li>go to Edit > Preset Manager...</li>
<li>chose 'Brushes' from the Preset Type drop down</li>
<li>click Load...</li>
<li>find your .abr file and click Ok</li>
</ol>
<p>Your new brushes will be at the bottom of the list</p>
<p><strong>If you download or created a grayscale image</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>open the image</li>
<li>click Edit > Define Brush Preset...</li>
<li>name the brush and click Ok</li>
</ol>
