<li>Open your picture</li>
<li>Press Ctrl+J key to duplicate the layer</li>
<li>Select the new layer and press Ctrl + Shift + U to turn the layer black and white</li>
<li>Select the eraser tool and, on the B/W layer, erase the areas where you want color</li>
